What Oakland Locals Have to Say
I am originally from San Francisco and was a little hesitant about living in Oakland at first. But I am totally loving it! The weather is amazing, the people are friendly, diverse and active. There are tons of events, great food scene and nightlife (although since covid it's been a little harder to explore these areas). There is also tons of great outdoors activities, such as hiking in the Joachin Miller park. It's a great mix of city vibes, but chill and laid back at the same time.
