We are a family-owned and operated company and have been inspecting homes throughout the Bay Area since 1993. Roger and Lori are a husband and wife team that will meet with clients, inspect the home, and provide a detailed report on their findings.
Clayton Home Inspections has been active in the CCAR (Contra Costa Association of Realtors), DAR (Delta Association of Realtors), and WCR (Women’s Council of Realtors) since 1993. Roger has over twenty-five years of general construction background, and with his vast knowledge of construction, fifteen years experience as an owner, and maintaining thirty CEC’s annually, he provides great information for our clients. Roger has also served on the Golden Gate CREIA chapter as an officer and has been involved with numerous CREIA educational seminars.
Working throughout the Bay Area, we are privileged to work with several successful real estate professionals and always welcome new clients. From the smaller condos and single-family residences to the estate homes and mansions, we enjoy seeing each and every home. Inspecting here in the Bay Area is very exciting, and we love what we do.
