Enjoy our famous Gourmet Italian wine dinner with one of the most celebrated wineries in Livermore: 3Steves Winery We will offer five courses paired with five 3Steves wines. The event is $118 per guest ($110 for 3Steves Winery club members) plus tax and tips. The $25 deposit will be deducted from the above prices. The dinner is crafted by Terra Mia’s Chef. Vegetarian alternatives are available. Limited seating is available. 5 Course-Dinner 22′ Pinot Grigio paired with Halibut su Crostini Meyer lemon EVOO, poached halibut, salsa verde, crostini 21′ Chardonnay Reserve paired with Raviolo ai Funghi Chanterelle raviolo, brown butter thyme, toasted breadcrumbs 19′ Cab’n Fever paired with Porchetta Winter spice porchetta, raspberry vinegar, roasted SunChoke purée 18′ Zinfandel “Dry Creek” paired with Manzo Braised greens, rendered beef belly, dried cranberry, and pistachio salad Tawny Cab paired with Semifreddo alle Cicliegie Toschi cherry semifreddo, shaved chocolate Vegetarian substitutes are available only if confirmed 48 hrs. ahead of the event.
