Join us for our upcoming Seafood Ravioli – Wine and Dine Workshop Presented by Cucina Pazza & Pour People The evening will begin with a flight of wine and charcuterie, then be rounded out by a crunchy seasonal salad and homemade baguettes. We’ll conclude together as we dine on our amazing handmade creations! This is one amazingly delicious ravioli recipe! From the buttery sauce to the garlic and simple herbs, this meal is so fresh and elegant. Rose Miano and the Cucina Pazza team will demonstrate how to make this Sicilian-inspired dish with handmade pasta, savory seafood, and other garden-fresh ingredients. You’ll be tasting like a pro with Kelly and Candace Mantel of Pour People providing education and instruction while serving a flight of specially selected wines from Frog’s Tooth Winery (Murphys, CA).
