Wine 101 – The Basics of Wine and Wine Tasting

This class will teach you all the basics about wine, including how wine is made, how to taste and describe wine, how to read and understand a wine label, purchasing and storing wine, with open forum Q&A. Six wines will be tasted to learn the difference between wine aromas and wine structure, as well as characteristics of production.
