An international pianist and storyteller, Taboloff competed at the Tchaikovsky and Queen Elisabeth competitions in Moscow and Brussels, performed for dignitaries such as English Prime Minister Edward Heath and Richard Dreyfus, debuted at Carnegie Hall with rave reviews from NY Times critic Tim Page. He premiered an earlier neo-romantic work, his 3-movement Piano Concerto “The Mystic” at Walnut Creek Lesher for the Arts and at the Herbst Theater in San Francisco, garnering glowing reviews.
