G’day, I’m Mark and I’m an Aussie that has made the move to the Bay Area to pursue my career in the NBA. Just kidding! Well the NBA part, the Aussie part is true.
Before creating Range Homes with my business partner Lisa, I owned and operated several award-winning businesses in the Real Estate and Finance industries. My career then moved to consulting to the Real Estate industry throughout Australia and South Asia as my (soon to be) wife and I were preparing a move back to the Bay Area, to get married and start a family.
Now married and with two young children I’m focused on utilizing my 22+ years of experience to help buyers and sellers navigate the real estate market and enjoy the Bay Area as much as we do.
I incorporate an “Aussie approach” to my business, which is best described as “doing business in a genuine, honest way, with no hidden agendas.” I care for my real estate clients and treat them like friends and family, always wanting them to be in the best possible position.
I also have a passion for giving back to our community, especially our schools, kids, teachers and local families. As a Director of Save CA Schools I’m able to direct funds back to the benefit of our community and it’s a pleasure to be a part of such an important initiative.

Lisa Caldwell grew up in the East Bay and is a local real estate broker with 20 years of experience. Lisa’s clients benefit from her extensive knowledge of the area, including school districts and neighborhoods. She purchased her first home at the age of 23 and has been “hooked on real estate” ever since, and she enjoys helping others have the same positive experience whether they are buying or selling.
Working as a mortgage lender while embarking on her career as a real estate broker, Lisa has a thorough understanding of the loan process, enabling her to better represent buyers when explaining their closing costs and when writing an offer on a home. It also benefits her sellers when an offer is submitted on their home because she is able to communicate effectively and directly with the buyers’ mortgage broker to ensure the buyer is truly pre-approved.

Australia native Josh Smith originally moved to the United States to teach tennis, but soon found that the real estate industry satisfied his love for serving others and his need for adventure. Now well established as a trusted advisor, Josh is determined to maintain and build upon the knowledge and skills that have produced proven results for his clients.
Before moving to the U.S., Josh enjoyed a professional tennis career and loved to travel, living in five different countries. His multi-cultural background and sportsmanship give him a grounded perspective and self-awareness that serve his clients well in just about any capacity. Josh arrived at Range having already been recognized for his talents, winning numerous awards over the last several years. He works with a variety of clients, including first-time buyers, investors, and flippers, and deals with all types of properties ranging from country homes to mobile homes to condos.
In his free time, Josh still enjoys teaching tennis, as well as playing golf and traveling to new places. He also looks for ways to give back to his community, regularly donating blood and helping both seniors and first responders.
Jeff DeHart has quickly established himself as a top producing agent in the Central Valley market. His clients benefit from his ability to guide them through a great real estate experience, helping them navigate obstacles and achieve their desired real estate goals.
Following eight years serving on active duty with the Marine Corps, Jeff brought his family back to Manteca, CA where he established his own construction business, pursued his degree in Business Administration at Las Positas College, and transitioned to real estate sales in 2019.
A California native, Jeff enjoys spending time with his family outdoors. In the summertime, his family can be found on the lake skiing and wakeboarding. In wintertime, Jeff and his son Westley can be found snowboarding at Kirkwood and other mountains.

As a lifelong native of the Bay Area, proud #girldad, and world traveller, I’ve been fortunate enough to experience life in a way that has moulded me into a compassionate and effective real estate agent. Ryan Baber is a go-getter originally from the UK. Before becoming a realtor, Ryan earned a degree in Computer Science and worked in several fields, including managing and maintaining local restaurants and bars. Ryan’s unique customer service background gives him the ability to find exactly what his clients want in a calm, cool, and collected manner.
In addition, Ryan’ honest attitude and exceptional people-skills allow him to comfortably work with a diverse group of people, which his client’s greatly appreciate.
Ryan still has a thirst for knowledge, and likes to explore various communities in the area to discover what they have to offer. When he’s not assisting clients, Ryan enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, cooking at home or sampling local businesses.
Lynn Bratchett comes to Range Homes well educated and highly accomplished, having his RN, BSN, MBA, PSA, and FSR. He became a real estate professional in 2008, after enjoying a nearly 40-year career as a registered nurse in critical care, psychiatric, emergency services, nursing administration and nursing education. Lynn faithfully helped people cope with some of the worst things that can happen to human beings her entire adult life.
However, for the 2nd half of his life, Lynn decided to make a change and assist people in a different way: help them achieve their goal of homeownership or finding that dream home. When asked about her passion for real estate, Lynn replied “when a person obtains that first home or finally finds the one they have been looking for, the feeling is extraordinary!”
Lynn has joined Range Homes both to enhance his own personal growth and experience as a realtor. He also wants to become part of a technologically advanced and future industry that is dedicated to satisfying clients and helping make their dreams of homeownership come true.

Philip watched his father work for years and discovered he had a love and passion for real estate as well. Today, he prides himself on having a keen eye for overlooked properties that are capable of producing recurring revenue streams in the form of short term or long-term rentals. His rich background in the golf industry has helped him see the importance of having a relationship-oriented mindset when it comes to serving clients. Rosendo Serna was born and raised in Stockton. He moved to Manteca in 1995 with his wife and two children. As a result, he is able to offer clients, not only his real estate expertise in making deals happen, he also offers extensive local knowledge of the Stockton/Manteca market.
Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Rosendo was a correctional officer/deputy for 26 years with Santa Clara County Sheriff’s Office. “That experience has served me well over the years. It taught me how important integrity is when establishing long-term relationships, whether in real estate or in any other area of life – make a promise, keep a promise. You often hear people preach that they are honest and trustworthy, but it is my belief that the only way for me to earn someone’s trust is to prove it through my actions. Jillian Johnson is an East Bay native, born and raised in Lafayette. She graduated from California Baptist University with a double-major in Journalism and Public Relations and is a two-time national champion cheerleader. She comes to the King Team at Range Homes with six years of sales experience at Comcast and NBCUniversal. Jillian’s tenacious work ethic gives her clients an edge in this competitive market. With a heart that beats for personal connection, Jillian is deeply invested in the success of her client’s real estate experience.
Jillian enjoys spending time with her large Bay Area based family (and all of the themed parties that come along with it). She is passionate about fitness and loves to stay active on her Peloton.
Born and raised in Walnut Creek, Jonny grew up enjoying everything the Bay Area has to offer. Upon his graduation from UC San Diego, Jonny found himself in midst of a career in an Architecture and Interior Design firm in San Francisco. It is the attention to detail and design that enables Jonny to assist each client in finding the best home for their needs and desires. It is the goal of Jonny to build lasting relationships with clients with his knowledge and expertise of the buying and selling process and the real estate market as a whole.
Jonny lives in the East Bay with his wife who is a Director at an education-based tech company and his beautiful daughter Ivy. He spends his free time playing racquetball, spending time with his beautiful dog Elsie, and woodworking.
A Walnut Creek resident for more than 50 years, John has become a staple in many aspects of the community. Upon his graduation from San Diego State University, John immediately jumped into the corporate world, starting a new career in the telecom industry and the growing tech market. After many years of serving in management capacities for telecom companies, John transitioned into a career in real estate where he could work one-on-one with a client. John has developed a deep client referral business because of the trust he has built with his clients, going to bat for them at every turn.
John is also heavily involved in the community, serving on the board for the Walnut Creek Masters Swim Team, serving as a volunteer official for The UC Berkeley Men’s and Women’s Swim Team, and is the current Chairman of the Pacific region of the US Masters Swimming.
Though she grew up in Tucson, Stephanie Sachs has always wanted to live in California. In 2004, she made that dream a reality when she moved to San Francisco to work in finance and banking. Ten years later, she made the move to Contra Costa County for its excellent schools and proximity to both ocean and mountains. In 2016, Stephanie brought her talents to the local real estate industry, and she is now a member of the Contra Costa County Association of REALTORS®, California Association of REALTORS®, and National Association of REALTORS®.
With her client-first attitude, Stephanie is always willing to go the extra mile. She prides herself on being approachable and accessible while also providing comprehensive industry knowledge and an extensive network. When she’s not working, Lisa loves to spend time with her family. She is a single mom to two teenagers (a 15-year son and 17-year daughter). She’s also an animal lover: if she’s not hiking with her dog Tuxedo, she is cuddling with her cats Lulu and Schmitty.
In addition to family bonds, Lisa is passionate about her community and sits on many boards. Currently, she serves on the Las Lomas High School Boosters Board and is affiliated with the Walnut Creek Education Foundation. Previously, Lisa sat on the PTA Board and Boys Team Charity.
