Mark Pages-Oliver brings over 20 years of impressive professional experiences that inform his career as a top producing Bay Area real estate agent, including extensive experience in the property and financial planning industries. His international business career also includes experience dealing with Family Offices and international property projects. Mark has had the distinction of holding several senior management positions and owned several multi award-winning businesses that experienced explosive growth through tailor made strategies.
Mark strongly believes that as an industry professional, he always wants to do things 100% the right way and treats his clients like friends and family. Mark is also an advocate of raising the standards and entry requirements of the real estate industry to improve the outcomes for the public at large.
Originally from Australia, Mark incorporates an “Aussie approach” to his business, which he describes as “genuine, honest, and with no hidden agendas”. Mark takes his fiduciary responsibility to clients very seriously.

Lisa Caldwell grew up in the East Bay and is a local real estate broker with 20 years of experience. Lisa’s clients benefit from her extensive knowledge of the area, including school districts and neighborhoods. She purchased her first home at the age of 23 and has been “hooked on real estate” ever since, and she enjoys helping others have the same positive experience whether they are buying or selling.
Working as a mortgage lender while embarking on her career as a real estate broker, Lisa has a thorough understanding of the loan process, enabling her to better represent buyers when explaining their closing costs and when writing an offer on a home. It also benefits her sellers when an offer is submitted on their home because she is able to communicate effectively and directly with the buyers’ mortgage broker to ensure the buyer is truly pre-approved.

Australia native Josh Smith originally moved to the United States to teach tennis, but soon found that the real estate industry satisfied his love for serving others and his need for adventure. Now well established as a trusted advisor, Josh is determined to maintain and build upon the knowledge and skills that have produced proven results for his clients.
Before moving to the U.S., Josh enjoyed a professional tennis career and loved to travel, living in five different countries. His multi-cultural background and sportsmanship give him a grounded perspective and self-awareness that serve his clients well in just about any capacity. Josh arrived at Range having already been recognized for his talents, winning numerous awards over the last several years. He works with a variety of clients, including first-time buyers, investors, and flippers, and deals with all types of properties ranging from country homes to mobile homes to condos.
In his free time, Josh still enjoys teaching tennis, as well as playing golf and traveling to new places. He also looks for ways to give back to his community, regularly donating blood and helping both seniors and first responders.

Lisa Van Deusen is a well-respected agent who has paid her dues. She has been an agent since 1999 and was a top agent in Santa Barbara for 15 years. Lisa is the proud owner of StageTastic, a staging company where she provides free design and staging strategies for her clients. This unique feature sets Lisa apart from other agents, and greatly increases the ability for her clients to get top dollar for their homes.

Lisa’s hard work has not gone unnoticed: in 2005 she was on the cover of Money Magazine where she gave expert advice on buying real estate. She is also a big believer in investing, which gives her even more insight in the real estate market and how to best serve her clients.
When she’s not working, Lisa loves to spend time with her family. She is a single mom to two teenagers (a 15-year son and 17-year daughter). She’s also an animal lover: if she’s not hiking with her dog Tuxedo, she is cuddling with her cats Lulu and Schmitty.
In addition to family bonds, Lisa is passionate about her community and sits on many boards. Currently, she serves on the Las Lomas High School Boosters Board and is affiliated with the Walnut Creek Education Foundation. Previously, Lisa sat on the PTA Board and Boys Team Charity.

Juan Carlos Lopez started his real estate career in 2002 as a processor for Veteran Affairs and FHA Loans. Rosendo Serna was born and raised in Stockton. He moved to Manteca in 1995 with his wife and two children. As a result, he is able to offer clients, not only his real estate expertise in making deals happen, he also offers extensive local knowledge of the Stockton/Manteca market.

Ryan Baber is a go-getter originally from the UK. Before becoming a realtor, Mallory worked as a bankruptcy paralegal for 8 years, protecting the precious assets of American Airlines and the American Airlines Credit Union. This resulted in Mallory having the important responsibility of working with (and mentoring) high-powered, well-respected attorneys from across the nation. This trained Mallory how to work with a variety of personalities, which helped sharpen her negotiation skills. These priceless interactions allowed her to become a top-notch negotiator, which has helped her achieve success as a real estate professional.
In addition to helping people on a professional level, Mallory loves to give back to her community and those in need! She has a passion for supporting local foodbanks, which is very close to her heart. In addition to helping others, she has a soft spot for animals, having two adopted cats. A fun fact about Mallory: she graduated from the same small-town high school in Texas as American Idol winner Kelly Clarkson! Even though she’s a major celebrity, Mallory says she’s just as nice as she seems on television!
Jillian Johnson is an East Bay native, born and raised in Lafayette. She graduated from California Baptist University with a double-major in Journalism and Public Relations and is a two-time national champion cheerleader. She comes to the King Team at Range Homes with six years of sales experience at Comcast and NBCUniversal. Jillian’s tenacious work ethic gives her clients an edge in this competitive market. With a heart that beats for personal connection, Jillian is deeply invested in the success of her client’s real estate experience.
Jillian enjoys spending time with her large Bay Area based family (and all of the themed parties that come along with it). She is passionate about fitness and loves to stay active on her Peloton.

Lynn Bratchett comes to Range Homes well educated and highly accomplished, having his RN, BSN, MBA, PSA, and FSR. He became a real estate professional in 2008, after enjoying a nearly 40-year career as a registered nurse in critical care, psychiatric, emergency services, nursing administration and nursing education. Lynn faithfully helped people cope with some of the worst things that can happen to human beings her entire adult life.
However, for the 2nd half of his life, Lynn decided to make a change and assist people in a different way: help them achieve their goal of homeownership or finding that dream home.
